A gentle breeze makes the hat fold and does not block the sun. So, it only works if there is no wind. Also, you can’t return it. They offer $10 discount code but, you need to purchase a more expensive item than the one purchased. Terrible product and false returns information posted on website.

I bought this hat because I am a redhead + I am on medication that doesn't mix well with the sun. This hat is absolutely amazing. It isn't great on windy days but it is fine. I love it and the sense of safety.

Love this hat! The flexibility, the color, the breathability, and the coverage. I own a pet bed-and-breakfast so I’m always out with the dogs whether it’s walking in the yard or at a dog park. The Florida heat is brutal and so it’s the sun so this is my new every day for the summer.

I love that this hat gives my shoulders sun protection too. The vents in the top keep your head cooler. It doesn’t hold up well in wind, so I wear a different hat when it’s windy. This has become the first hat I reach for when out and about.
My Order number is SPBUUS#176217 I emailed you 10 days ago about a return. You have not emailed me back instructions on how to make a return. Not a great customer service process. About the hats, if you have a large head, like me, you will feel that they are a bit snug.
I reported this company for fraudulent business practices to the State for not providing an address for a return and they took my money and are violating their own 30 day refund and return policy as they won’t refund my purchase in whole and won’t take the hat back and won’t provide a return address. I will not donate a cheap low quality hat to a second hand store. It’s not even worthy to be donated; that’s how bad it is plus this company thinks I am going to pollute my own local economy with cheap crap so they don’t have to take it back and causing harm to my local economy and possibly the environment if it ends up in a landfill. Never ordering or doing business again with this business.
I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with buying a hat sight unseen, but I was happily surprised that it fit my long head. I’m excited to wear it out of the house. So far so good.

This had arrived fine, it fits good. One of the two boths which I have ordered was smashed in the box - no one of the support team ahs responded to my email yet. This is not satisfying - the shipping bag is not the correct way to ahip boxes over seas. I expected better.

Hat is wide and very good for coverage but super flimsy and floppy. The slightest gust of wind will flip it very cute design but horrible material. They need to make it more sturdy. Will be returning mine.

Bought it for our vacation to Hawaii. Wore it on land as well as in the ocean, it was great! It got wet with the ocean water but it covered my face, neck & shoulders perfectly! We stayed in the ocean for a couple hours and I did not get burned! I roll it up when not wearing, very easy to store. So far the hat has kept its shape.

This hat is spectacular! It is the first hat that is covered front of my face and my back and is comfortable to wear. Because of the side panels, the air comes in and I don't feel hot. It's also lightweight and easy to pack on vacations! Great purchase.
