Horrible customer service! I emailed asking to return this item, got a reply sharing the options (either keep the item but get a $10 coupon, or exchange for another item). I replied the same day selecting the exchange option and asking how to proceed, and I never heard back. It has been almost a month, and I’ve emailed back 5 times, with no response. I just wore this jacket for the first time today. It is a lovely light grey colour, very comfortable and the sleeves cover the tops of my hands which is a nice design feature. Plan to wear it out more often now that the weather has warmed up. I am 5’, petite and this jacket looks great on a smaller frame.

Good quality and thin and easy to carry or put in the suitcase but the whole piece as black with the hoodie is a bit severe. I should have chosen another colour.
