Shipping was faster than expected! Love this hat, how it looks and how it feels. The band inside the hat is soft and doesn’t leave marks on my forehead. I took one star off because it cannot go in the washing machine, but that’s also why I chose a dark colour. Would buy again

I really love the cap. It’s lightweight, has a beautiful design, and feels very comfortable. I can definitely feel the sun protection, so I’m very happy with the product itself. The only downside was the shipping experience. At first, there were no updates on the tracking information, and I didn’t receive any response to my emails asking for help. In fact, my emails were even returned saying the account was inactive. I eventually received my order and I’m very happy with the cap, but the communication and shipping updates could definitely be improved.

Very lightweight and easily foldable. It can wrinkle a little bit after folded but laying it out gets it looking smooth again.
Took a while to get my hat but I’m pretty happy with it considering I got the wrong one, Ugh! It’s light nd keeps the sun out which is what I want for the summer. I like being able to put a pony tail as well.

Great quality and material. Shipping took forever but it was worth the wait.
The hat is very cheap. The brim is cardboard and shows creases. I asked for a return and someone responded to try to get me to buy more. When I said I wanted a return, no one has yet to respond after two times reaching out. I want to return it, but have not received any further information to be able to. Very unfortunate.
