I would like to return for a full refund. I bought the shipping protection and it came rolled up and the wire rim is bent and wearing the hat is not an option. The wrinkles will not steam out. Again wearing the hat is not an option. All you keep doing is offering me something else and I want to return for a full refund. Why is this so hard? Thank you
The sunhat looks very different from website description. When the hat arrived It was totally out of shape. The vendor suggested that wash it with water but there is no improvement after washing. the hat still very creases. Looks like the damage was permanently. I am not sure how to wear it. And it can’t be returned. Never buy it again

I contacted company to return hat. You offered options to get a credit for exchange but then no one responded after multiple attempts for me to return
It is a light weight and breathable. However, it has so many wrinkles because they ship folding so tiny like a fist size and put it in a very small bag. The wrinkles are still not going away after a month. I’m embarrassed with it and using only my backyard so far - disappointing.
Love the very wide brim of my sun hat, which gives me good sun protection. The material is high quality and the hat is well made.

I purchased the Fisherman hat and I love it! It's well constructed with quality materials. Keeps sun completely off my face when walking. In some of the reviews people made mention of the hat flying off with a little wind, but this happens with any hat! It comes with a chin strap that I definitely utilize on breezier days which prevents the hat from flying off my head and down the street! I also like that there's a wire inside edge of brim which allows you to keep the brim shaped. This was definitely a great purchase!!
I like that it has a black lining, detachable chin strap, foldable, lightweight, and wide brim and gives great sun protection. Disappointed that the brim doesn’t quite look as structured as it is depicted. It is wrinkled and you can’t flatten it out to make it look like in the picture. I had purchased it specifically for that smooth structured look. I hope that the brim doesn’t get more wrinkled as I roll up the hat to take it with me on my travels.
It’s totally true that the packing should be improved. It’s so tight to unpack that I had to use scissors that damaged the hat because I couldn’t see where the package ended and where was the hat. So now I have a new hat with a hole. 😔☹️
