I purchased a hat from Beneunder and also paid extra for the “Worry-Free Delivery” protection. Unfortunately, the package was never received, and neither Beneunder nor its delivery company has taken meaningful action to resolve the issue. The package was supposed to be delivered to my workplace, which is a small boutique-style real estate office. If the driver had actually delivered it, it would be extremely unlikely for our front desk staff to have missed it, because they are required to receive and keep track of every package delivered to the office. Despite my repeated requests, the delivery company has not provided a delivery photo, proof of delivery, or a signed document showing who supposedly received the package. Instead, they keep sending the same generic email every day asking for more time. Their customer service phone line is also impossible to use. The automated system asks for an order number, but when I enter it, the system says the number is invalid and will not connect me to anyone. This makes it extremely difficult to get any real assistance and raises serious concerns about how delivery problems are handled. I paid for both the product and additional delivery protection, yet I received neither the hat nor any proper resolution. “Worry-Free Delivery” means nothing if the company simply sends repetitive emails and refuses to provide actual proof of delivery. I am attaching screenshots of the emails I sent and the responses I received. I strongly recommend that customers think carefully before ordering from a company that uses a delivery service with this kind of record and does not take responsibility when a package goes missing. Quality materials!
I thought that the hat will cover the top of my head but it is open so I don’t like it. I already bought one like that last year pink color is a complete hat and I love it. This one cause me a sun burn in my scalp. I’m so disappointed
The magnets didn't really work to keep the hat together- I tried to return the item and then I was ghosted by the people and missed the return window. Disappointed in the customer service and product.

I have checked the packages over 10 times and can’t locate a face mask that supposed to be attached to the purple hat. I am hoping that your company will take your customer’s feedback seriously. Unfortunately, I have contacted support@beneunder.com 5 times by sending them the picture and video of the package, the company ignored me. I am still missing the face mask from the purple hat I ordered. Your company has delivered the package late (I paid for express shipping but the item arrived 14 days after I ordered) and there is a missing face mask. No one has apologized for both mistakes and I am extremely disappointed about your company. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years (you can checked my previous orders). I will not order from your company anymore!!

This my second face shield sun hat from this Brand. Really love it. It is very useful when driving long time for commute in sunny days. The only reason I have a 4 star is because the detachable face shield is easy to lose when you do not need it, and hard to purchase another face shield replacement. The only solution is to buy the whole set again, but the it is not very economical efficient, because you will end up having an extra hat that is probably more costly than the face shield. I really hope that the company can also sell the magnetic detachable face shield alone in the future. I am sure I will not be the only one who lose it easily.
