I’m 5’2 and 130lbs. The size medium fits just right. I do feel a cooling effect. I suggest you let them air dry if you dry in the machine it will shrink slightly.

The quality is good. I would just recommend to size up because I typically am a small in jackets and top and the medium fit me perfectly. As long as it doesn’t shrink when I wash it, the size should be fine.

Does what it says on the tin! My only complaint is that it runs quite large, which surprised me based on other reviews I’ve read for this brand. I purchased my usual size and it was significantly looser than similar running/fitness jackets. But overall very nice, and it shipped promptly.
