The material is very thin and see-through, and it definitely does not look like it does in the photos. I’ve purchased from this company before and have been happy with their other products, but unfortunately, this item was disappointing.
I contacted their support team to request a return, and they gave me two options: keep the item and receive a 10% discount on my next purchase, or exchange it for another item and return the jacket. I chose the second option, but after that, they stopped responding.
I’ve already followed up twice, and today is my third attempt to get a response. I honestly don’t understand why a return option is offered if the customer is then ignored after choosing it. If returns are not actually accepted, it would be better to clearly state that upfront rather than offer a return option and then leave the customer without a response.
